Breaking the record...
...for most posts in a single day.

I took this picture standing outside waiting for the eclipse. I just turned the flash off, set the camera on a tripod, and clicked. I like it. :)

Please feel free to click on the pictures, then click on "see different sizes", and make it larger to see it better.

Pretty cool, huh? Pictures of the total lunar eclipse tonight. :) I am not a photographer, I didn't have a telephoto zoom lens, and I have a $20 tripod (if that). I didn't alter these in any way, and I know they aren't "great."
Shoot me.
I like 'em anyway. ;)

Very nice photos! I couldn't see the eclipse where I'm at since it was overcast, so it's nice to see your photos.

I now have "Total Eclipse of the Heart" running through my head.

Cool! I like the shot through the trees.
I zoomed as close as I could and ended up with over 90 pictures - which 3/4 were horrible. The ones I posted were the best 3 I ended with. Taking night moon shots is tough!

Oh, wow, they really are cool! I couldn't get myself to get up at the ungodly 3:40am hour to watch. I love seeing that stuff...so intriguing!
And yeah, what a post-a-rama yesterday! LOL

It was cloudy here and I couldn't see the eclipse. I was so bummed . . .

Wow, Jen, nice photos! I especially like the third one.....very unreal-looking, the hazy moon through the trees. Awesome!

Well, shoot! I like 'em too.
I like the one of your house at nght as well, with the snow on the trees.
Uh, oh. I tend to get songs stuck in my head. Thanks, nikki!!

I really wanted to see that too but we had very cloudy skies here so I wouldn't have been able to see it. Really nice photos.

Jen, thanks for visiting my blog!
The site you & Aaron have put together has so many interesting things on it. I'll be back to explore more.
Your pictures of the lunar eclipse are the first I've seen. I was excited and ready for it here in VA, and it was cloudy. I'm up before dawn most days and, you guessed it, I saw the beautiful full moon the next morning floating in clear skies. Sigh.

Jen, way to go on winning Countrygirl's guessing game right off the bat!
